Groups are a great way to communicate in a lot of different ways.
What’s new is the ability to give groups their very own tab. Instead of an all-encompassing Groups tab — whatever a user’s group might be — the tab will have that user’s groups name and a new tab icon of your choosing.
So let’s say you have your members in three groups — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Instead of all members using the Groups tab, a Bronze member will have a Bronze tab in place of the Groups tab.

This feature gives users a greater sense of connection to the app and their identity. They feel like the app is customized just for them. That’s because it is.
Here’s a view of this on the web console.
